The method

Five examiners, one desk, one order. Public weights, public rules — so a verdict can be argued with, and can be wrong in public.

1. 01 INTAKE — the clerk logs the case, issues its serial. No case, no note.
2. 02 SURVEY — holders counted on chain; wallets aged by first activity.
3. 03 MAP — shared funders, bundled buys, wallets that move together.
4. 04 EXAMINE — contract surface: owner powers, pause & blacklist, mint.
5. 05 PRINT — weighted score + hard rules → one of five verdicts, serialized.

Scale: CLEARED / PASSABLE / CAUTION / FLAGGED / PENDING. Hard rules → FLAGGED: one hand ≥ 40% of float · pause authority · blacklist · live mint. Too few holders → PENDING.
